I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, primarily due to its excellent location. It’s just 900m from Union Metro Station, making it easy to get around the city. Additionally, there are plenty of grocery stores nearby, including Carrefour and Nesto, which was very convenient for daily needs. Food options are fantastic, with a variety of restaurants serving biryani and Chinese cuisine just a short walk away. Whether you’re in the mood for a quick bite or a full meal, you won’t have to go far. The only drawback was the car parking system. While parking is free, you have to contact the reception every time to open the gate, which can be a bit inconvenient. Overall, it’s a great place to stay with easy access to transportation, food, and shopping, perfect for both short and long visits.

Room was very clean. We stayed for 7 days and they cleaned the room everyday. Staff were very friendly and flexible. We had an amazing stay. We exceed the expectations. 5 mins to metro and 8 mins to union metro. Everything ( shops,restaurants, many malls, metro stations and bus stations ) are very close by. I would say place is like a hub. A/C was working very well. Washroom was clean. Next time we’ll definitely come again.Definitely can give 10/10 for everything.

Reception ladies are very helpful. AC problem sorted right away. Always greeting with a smile. Staff are polite with a smile. Rayhan the house keeping staff looked after us, and made sure we have everything in the room, many thanks. Room in good size. Could have done a lot better for the wifi connection., it was on and off but not a big problem. Good location for shopping centers. Will put on tripadvisor!

The location is very accessible,. housekeeping team are very helpful and warm..the facilities are good .They make you feel at home specially the housekeeping team who really work very hard They go above and beyond ..I will certainly use this hotel again .
